Primary Shipping Countries

For our primary destinations Egypt, Jordan, and Germany, all orders are shipped locally to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping time typically ranges from 5–7 working days.

Shipping to All Other Countries

Delivery times vary depending on:

• The customer’s country
• The courier service
• Product availability
• Local logistic conditions

Shipping details and estimated delivery time are sent via email after the order is processed.

Shipping Cost

Fees are calculated based on the destination country and courier service. Athleta does not control courier pricing or policies.

Logistic Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier procedures or external logistics circumstances.

• All reshipping or handling costs

Tracking Information

Tracking information is not available for standard shipments.

Refund Policy

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If the return is approved, the refund will cover the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is defective or an error occurred on our side, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs charges, related return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
